JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SCOPE

Participate in full development life cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, estimation, and development .
•Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement understanding.
•Work as part of an Agile Scrum team to ensure a successful product delivery.
•Provide technical leadership for software.
•Perform software development according to development plan.
•Maintain documents for software/firmware.
•Work closely with testers in debugging and fixing defects.
•Provide feedback to manager and/or development team regarding ways to improve processes and development performance.
•Provide technical assistance in root cause analysis, utilize programming and problem solving skills to develop troubleshooting concepts and techniques.
•Provide technical and operational support to testers and end-users.

7.Deliver according to stakeholder’s timelines to drive initiatives to completion.

9.Comply with Weatherford standards and policies.
10.Keeps abreast of technological advancements in related fields and recommend training requirements to management

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Essential
4-6 years hands-on development experience C#.NET, WPF,WCF,Sql Server, MVC,MVM
•Sharp aptitude to grasp the complex calculations and algorithms in the code behind of Well Vista application
•Experience in Model-View-Controller (MVC) Architecture.
•Working knowledge in Design Patterns, UML 2.0
•Knowledge about developing multi-threading highly scalable components
•Strong database development experience with SQL Server 2005/2008 in creating database Objects like Stored Procedures/ Views/ Queries/Triggers etc.
•Experience with Source controls like TFS is required
•Good problem solving skills
•Good communications skills, both verbal and written
