Test and inspect products at various stages of production or assembly process primarily in process and final inspection, and compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.

Located in Perm (Russia) at manufacturing plant. Working schedule: 5/2. Reports to: Service Delivery Manager

1.Select products for tests at specified stages in production process, and test products for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical or chemical characteristics

2.Record test data, applying quality control procedures.

3.Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.

4.Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

5.Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

6.Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

7.Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

8.Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.

9.Set up destructive and non-destructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.

10.Prepare graphs or charts of data or enter data into computer for analysis.

11. Communicate on a daily basis and report to Service Delivery Manager, create weekly report and store it in Quality file on server.

12. Create and lead investigation (NCR and CPAR) at manufacturing




  • Quality Education (diploma/degree)

  • Exerience in quality position at least as a quality inspector not less than 5 years grand total

  • Certificate of Visual Visual Measuring Control (ВИК)

  • Welding Certificate is welcomed

  • Good knowledge of measuring devices & metals/steels/alloys & rubber/elastomer properties

  • Read and work with drawings and tech documentation

  • Advanced knowledge of documents relating to job.

  • Advanced knowledge of inspection processes.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.


English knowledge (Upper intermediate)

  • The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Should be able to work closely with fellow employees.
