Develop and maintain processes and systems to ensure that all products and services of the Global Business Unit meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability levels
Supervise and assist in Competency Standard Implementation in Regions.
Coordinate and assist in non-conformance investigation, RCA and corrective action implementation with the regions.
Develop and implement a quality program to ensure conformity of products and services to quality standards.
Participate in development and delivery of training course(s) to PL personnel.
Strive to increase the Quality awareness of all employees and insure that all subcontractors and suppliers are aware of our requirements by providing training in those areas in the business unit.
Revise and update the Quality Assurance process to incorporate statistical control programs and compliance with new laws/regulations.
Drive the Operational audit process and assist regions in closure of the audit action items; also to encourage locations to self-audit for compliance.
Regularly visit RBU locations to review progress on technical issues, alert and bulletin implantation and compliance.
Participate in regular Service quality reviews with RBU’s and follow-up to improve client perception of our service quality.
Meet with vendors, customers, Quality representatives, and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems as required. DATE: Signed: (Job Holder) Signed: (Manager / Director)
Assist RBU’s in preparation during audits by key customers when necessary.
Prepare all necessary reports as required by customers and product line personnel.
Coordinate creation, revision, approval, publication, and distribution of relevant product line work instructions, product and service alerts/bulletins, and other Quality documents as required.
Guide product line in use of performance tracking system.
Carry out work assignments to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor.
High School Diploma or GED
Weatherford Safety training
QHSEE Background or high level of familiarity
Pressure control and drilling tools experience
At least 10 Years previous fishing experience
At least 5 Years previous off shore fishing experience
