TRS Maintenance Supervisor
Repair and maintenance of Tubular Running Services Equipment as per manufactures requirements and under the control of Weatherford Maintenance Procedures.
Function checks of Casing and Tubing Running Equipment with specified Work Instructions
Use and complete Weatherford Maintenance Supporting Documentation as per company requirements
Maintain clear and concise records of all maintenance undertaken.
Travel to rig site as when required assisting with on-site repairs, maintenance activities or other tasks as assigned by the Product Line management.
Perform service and maintenance mechanical and hydraulic components of mechanical handling tools, including power tongs, power units and other basic hydraulic mechanical handling equipment
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supervise and provide assistance implementing and maintaining maintenance procedures and equipment records.
Provide technical assistance with installations of mechanized equipment at the rig sites.
Lead trouble shooting activities for all mechanized equipment and accessories.
Ensure all Weatherford and third party tubular running services equipment is maintained to the highest standard and all details in the OEM manuals / procedures are followed and recorded.
Advise local management on inventory and spares packages required.
A specific responsibility to train and mentor workshop staff in relation to retrofitting mechanized systems.
The thorough testing of equipment before it is released to for operational work according to function test programs as specified in the work Instructions.
To identify means of improving efficiency within the operations and maintenance departments and assisting operational management in their efforts to implement more efficient work methods.
Responsible to ensure that both QA and safety systems are applied and implemented.
Lead and actively participate in workshop safety & toolbox meetings
Ensure third party compliance
Responsible for complying with Weatherford and Clients HSE policies whilst ensuring co-workers carry out work in safe manner.
Computer skills – Word/Excel/Outlook
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
Tact, above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with both employees and managers.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.
Must be conscientious and detail oriented.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Good analytical skills.
5 - 7 years’ experience in TRS maintenance department.
