You will be accountable for building strong technical and commercial positions in line with customer project requirements and expectations to secure business opportunities, generate and lead sales activities, and increase revenue for Weatherford.  You will assist form strategies, compile and execute bids won through to completion via focused development of client projects, and identify solutions not limit to Tubular Running Services, by gathering information and delivering solutions to give long term client value while maximising profit. In addition there will be requirements to focus on establishing, enhancing and maintaining close working relationships with existing contacts as well as identification and development of new business opportunities to accomplish company growth plans

•Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Services or related Industry; and
•Comprehensive knowledge of Weatherford Services and Equipment




•Accountable to use the company Performance Management system to set objectives and rate individual performance of team members. This task can not be delegated

•Responsible for planning, prioritising and scheduling tasks;
•Reducing unnecessary work and promoting and executing efficiency;

•Execution of at minimum 1 visit per year to each accountable offshore/onshore project to provide management visibility


•Promote Weatherford Solutions with all current and future clients, and
•develop new business opportunities to support the growth expectations of the
•Proactively work with Weatherford TRS Operations Manager and Geozone team to seek and win business
•Ensure that your clientele are fully aware of the extent of products, services and solutions provided by Tubular running Services (TRS
•Work on tactical, technical and commercial business plans and forward looking strategies in support of the Geozone Business Manager
•Identify areas within our clients operations where Weatherford can build niche solutions.
•Establish a comprehensive knowledge of Weatherford capabilities and services that go to make up Weatherford’s portfolio as they develop.
•Contribute to the preparation and compilation of the commercial content of documents relating to pre-qualifications, quotations and tenders in readiness for timely submission in an accurate and professionally presented manner. This may be carried out in conjunction with others in different Product Lines.
•Monitor and report on competitor and operator activity.
•Utilise market information to gain knowledge on customers and recommend business proposals to all levels of management.
•Gather information for, and pro-actively contribute to, the processes of business planning and budget cycles
•Generate the COID and propose TRS equipment requirements TRS running strategy with your clients
•Work with Clients to review, agree and sign off on equipment list (COID) prior to dispatch
•Communicate equipment requirements through  the COID to Operations and monitor equipment preparation
•Liaise closely with the Operations team and advise Clients of any equipment delays or shortages
•Be comfortable in travelling to and working with any client operation overseas. It is possible that occasional travel be required to areas where clients operate.
•As required contribute to planning and execution of applicable Weatherford marketing events and be prepared to travel to client premises for high level presentations and discussions.
•Keep accurate Cost Trackers for your projects to ensure Key Revenue Analysis is within +/-5%
•Review accuracy of Billing Approvals prior to submitting to the client for Pre-Approval.
•Author a minimum of 2 Real Results for your assigned operations per annum
•Compile and submit End of Well Reports within 15days of completion.
•Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfill these.
