JOB DESCRIPTION

  

5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (non less than 5):

 5.1 Plan and prepare for well site operations.

5.2 Trains and develops assigned field crew by on-the-job training to maintain a high degree of field crew efficiency and to prepare personnel for advancement.

 

5.3Conduct Wireline well site operations to the satisfaction of customer at well site including advanced conveyance methods and special services.

5.4 Interprets job results for customer personnel and recommends services best suited to customer needs.

5.5 Maintains and extention knowledge of the latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to Company equipment, tools, and practices to insure maximum operating efficiency.

5.6 Assures adherence to all safety regulations.

5.7 Fosters and maintains customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services and ensures the confidentiality of all logging operations.

 

5.8 Informs customers of any unusual conditions noted at the well, maintains direct contact with customer's representatives throughout the logging or completion operation.

5.9 Promptly and accurately submits all required reports and data.

5.10 Maintains assigned equipment and facilities in a neat, workable condition and conducts self in an exemplary manner at all times.

5.11 Contacts customer representatives as requested to increase participation in the available market.

5.12 Maintain amount of spares and consumables for CML logging, place orders for them

5.13 Trace CML equipment

5.14 Participate in investigations, related to CML incidents

5.15 May participate in sales presentations.

5.16 Prepares, drafts, and completes all logs for printing on location or immediately upon return to district office from job site, depending on customer requirements.

5.17 Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

5.18 Responsibility for assigned personnel, tools and equipment.

5.19 Responsibility for the improper performance or failure to perform his duties under this job description as well as workplace safety rules, regulations and requirements of works provisions in force in the company, within the limits defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

 

 

 

 

5.20Maintaining technological process with the use of radioactive substances;

Performs accounting and control of radioactive substances and radioactive waste;

5.21 Conducts radiation monitoring in the framework of production control over radiation safety in the field of works with the use of ionizing radiation sources, places of storage and during transportation;

5.22 Organize the physical protection of radioactive materials and radioactive waste

 

If necessary:

5.23 Provides guidance on the safe use of radiation sources

5.24 Performs accounting and control of radioactive substances and radioactive waste;

5.25 Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.
