Performs functions to enhance facilities ability to provide internal and external customers with quality, accurately cost products and services in a timely manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs disassembly, clean up, steam cleaning, repair, assembly, testing and painting procedures on all facility product line equipment, instrumentation, machines and tools using appropriate processes and procedures.
Performs movement, relocation, shipping and receiving of assemblies, components, items and material by using appropriate lifting equipment (cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc…)
Operate any and all equipment, instrumentation, machines and tools to perform all duties and responsibilities.
Repair broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts.
Performs accurate precision measurement of facility product line components and assemblies.
Responsible for documenting, recording and reporting clearances, tolerance and torques on all facility product line components and assemblies.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Good verbal and written communication skills
Should be able to work closely with fellow employees
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
Basic mathematical and measurement skills
Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Computer Skills
Ability to multi-task
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and BOMS
