Responsible for providing customer services through processing routine product and/or services with limited supervision. Prepared equipment/tools for shipping and arrange transportation of goods purchased by both internal and external customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accept orders from internal and external customers for products and services via the telephone
Arrange and coordinate transportation of equipment/tools to and from shop/suppliers and the customer location or job site some of which may include selecting alternate modes of transportation.
Prepare and distribute purchase orders
Regularly offer additional products or services to fill customer job orders
Maintain proper inventory levels and delivery records.
Physically fill customer orders for equipment/tools by selecting items from shop's inventory and allocate them for shipping.
May dispatch scheduled services personnel to customer job sites
May resolve minor customer disputes by determining the best resolution on quantity, quality, and fit for purpose
May train and develop less experienced CSR’s on WFT product lines, procedures and processes
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Performs various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
SAP/Oracle type experience.
Knowledgeable of Weatherford's operating policies, procedures, and processes
Must have prior oil and gas industry experience.
Must be able to work weekends and on an on-call basis
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with carrying of up to 50 lbs
Must reside in or near the Schriever, LA area.
Knowledge of oil and gas cementing products and services.
Transportation and Logistics experience.
