JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Manage and update computerized vehicle and equipment inventory software.

Provide reports to upper management for use as budgetary and planning applications.

Maintain daily and monthly inspection of vehicles

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Essential 1-2 years of Fleet Administration experience

Ability to formulate and format fleet inventory reports as required

Familiarity with all types of rolling stock (cars, trucks, tractors, trailers, forklifts, self-propelled cranes, etc.)

Ability to analyze expense and invoices in order to control fleet operating cost

Essential Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word

Proficient in verbal and written communication skills

Ability to follow instructions

Be able to work closely with fellow employees

Multi-tasking ability
