As an Accelerated Human Resources Development Program candidate, you will embark on a customized three (3) year program designed to develop your skills in practical, hands on HR application through a variety of assignments. Assignments will vary in length based on annual business cycles and the needs of the individual.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This rotation will provide in-depth knowledge of the back office systems and processes of HR and how to execute to a high standard of quality and consistency. This role will include a strong focus on data integrity and confidentiality and include management of employee data and analysis, people metrics and business / HR reporting.
This rotation will occur in either a Corporate, Manufacturing or Operations environment. Your role will be to guide and advise line management through effective communication and consultation on all HR needs including employee relations, performance and reward, recruitment and staffing and training and development.
Personalized for each candidate, you will spend one or more rotations in specialized areas like recruiting, compensation or benefits. You will gain exposure to specialty HR skills such as managing a full life-cycle recruitment requisition, executing annual compensation surveys, assisting with annual benefits enrollment, etc.
This rotation may involve participation in a change project for the business or internal HR function. Past projects have included a roll out of a new company wide talent management process and also a roll out of a new ticketing system for the HR Service Center
Bachelor or Master degree in HR or related from a recognized University
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
2-3 years business experience preferred
