JOB DESCRIPTION

Highly specialized position skilled in understanding the technical and commercial aspects of enterprise software solutions and the ability to position the value to Oil & Gas Production Operators. Work closely with sales channel for customer engagements and direct sales to customers of Production Optimization equipment and services.  Maintain close continuity to Production Optimization business Unit and keep abreast of technologies and competition.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota

Achieve assigned objectives of sales pipeline development

Manage day to day sales process, coordinate account meetings, and coordinate sales support resources

Provide sales and executive management with account plan updates and sales forecasts and opportunities

Develop and maintain customer contacts with assigned accounts

Travel throughout sales territory, in order to maintain relationships with assigned accounts.

Work with professional services staff as necessary during project implementation to maintain overall account relationships

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong technical knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry

Knowledge of Enterprise SCADA systems

Willing to Travel

Problem-solving ability.  The ability to look at a given situation and come up with innovative solutions or work-a-round.

Ability to formulate sales strategies to develop new sales channels

Perseverance and determination

Ability to work well under pressure and with short deadlines

Willing and flexible to change with the changing needs of the organization

Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

Outgoing, motivated self-starter

Proficient Microsoft Office software 

Bachelors Degree or equivalent  work experience

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations

Preferred:

Proven History of Enterprise Software Sales Process Execution

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing
