Ensure proper counts on all on-shelf components through cycle counts and procedural safeguards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Not listed in any particular order)
Understand and comply with all safety requirements, environmental requirements and Weatherford company policies.
Confirm quantities on goods received from outside vendors.
Assist in the organization and restocking of shelves as necessary.
Conduct and record cycle counts as required.
Pull and record parts from in process batches for use in other departments.
Assist in maintaining all intercompany logs, spreadsheets, and systems used for inventory control.
Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Must follow company attendance and punctuality policies.
Superior writing skills in creative, technical, and journalistic styles
Ability to categorize, organize, and manage information
Ability to explain writing decisions to non-writers
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to research, gather information, interview
Some knowledge of production process
Ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Can conceive and execute communication materials, prioritize assignments, focus on projects that benefit the greatest number of people in the organization, meet deadlines.
Can estimate and adhere to project schedules and provide proper specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing communications, technical writing, English, or liberal arts
Minimum of 7 to 8 years of corporate communications, marketing writing, or agency experience, preferably with some oilfield experience
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Has knowledge of other cultures, especially in terms of their business and communication styles.
Oil-and-gas industry experience
