Plan, organize, and control country/area product line sales and operations to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and Corporate and Product Line growth objectives, while maintaining the highest level of quality and commitment to our clients.



Vision and Leadership

  • Provide support to the Regional Product Line leadership in developing country/area based business plans
  • Participate in country/area product strategy, research and development requirements, and development priority for new and emerging products
  • Evaluate, plan for and communicate future local market conditions and align the strategy to take advantage of any changes or opportunities.

  • Ensure that that Health, Safety, Environment and Quality are the responsibility of all employees
  • Demonstrate effective Safety leadership at all times to enhance the organisation’s commitment to safety performance
  • To address QHSE issues at the time of their identification and to implement the appropriate strategies that maintain QHSE awareness throughout the workforce

Financial Performance

  • Responsible for maximizing financial results of the product line within assigned country/area including profit and loss, fixed assets, inventory, capital expenditure and receivables
  • Ensure budgetary and operational expectations are met effectively


Client and Communication

  • Participate in marketing analysis to develop product definitions and set launch process, as well as develops pricing strategy
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, operations, global product line leaders and marketing to develop and provide product definitions, as well as be responsive to customer needs and market opportunities
  • Maintain  client intimacyto collect and analyze technical, financial, marketing, and sales information for the product line
  • Advise on product development opportunities on a country/area level
  • Participate with select clients on current and future business opportunities
  • Support tender preparations





  • Experience in execution of day to day operations and product related projects
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Knowledge of communications and public relation techniques. Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with reading, analyzing, and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and clients. Work effectively across a diverse multicultural multilingual community
  • Have held a Field Operations Manager position and either a Service Delivery Manager or Technical Sales Manager position
