Manage the daily operations of the Completions product line in accordance with Company policy, governmental legislation, and quality service goals, through the effective and efficient use of its financial, capital, and human resources.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a staff of operations managers to ensure maximum effort within the standards of budget, policies, procedures, and quality to satisfy the requirements of Weatherford
Promote forward thinking and assist in the development of plans and procedures that enhance company performance in response to changing market conditions.
Ensure and promote safety, environmental, and DOT compliance within the Completions product line.
Train and develop managers to provide management depth
Communicate with customers and sales to perform services according to client specifications.
Maintain communication and contacts to collect and analyze technical, financial, marketing, schedule, and sales information for product line.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
8+ years’ experience or more in a management position
Excellent managerial skills
Ability to delegate work effectively
Ability to work with diversity in a high-speed production environment
Good interpersonal skills and flexibility
Good computer skills
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
