Provide testing, repairs, and routine servicing on equipment in the shop and the field.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble, disassemble, test equipment in performance of advanced troubleshooting and repair of equipment both in the shop and in the field
Responsible for vehicle safety of all passengers and content, which includes proper vehicle maintenance and making sure vehicle is loaded properly
Be receptive to and able to comprehend training received on new related processes
Perform maintenance and repairs on company owned and rental equipment in the field
Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency
Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis
Assist in developing job action planning with customer on location
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford and Conduct job safety analysis
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Strong product knowledge
Strong mechanical ability
Must have the ability to work well around others in close quarters
Must be able to follow instructions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic Computer Skills
General product knowledge in Capillary tubing
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
6mths to 3 years related experience
Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities
Valid Driver’s License
Reside within a 50 mile radius of Odessa/Midland
Ability and willingness to work in high work environment without any fear of heights
CDL License with air brakes
