Under general supervision, operate traveling or stationary crane to lift, move and position loads. Assist in the assembly, installation and repair of Frac or BOPE Stacks as assigned.


Operates crane as required

Under supervision, assists in the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of Frac or BOPE Stack as assigned

Learns to identify the components of Frac or BOPE Stack

Participates in JSA processes

Participates in safely executing relevant SOPs

Works towards achieving Level 1 competency




Able to demonstrate field/shop competency

Mechanical ability necessary to perform tasks

Valid driver’s license (where applicable)

Good oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated, self-starter

Must be able to follow instructions

Able to work closely with fellow employees

Relevant oilfield product knowledge

Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities

Class A CDL license

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

Must reside within a 50miles radius of Odessa, TX


1-3 years related field experience

Crane Operator’s License meeting regional requirement (NCCCO)
