Generate quotations & Sales Order received and enters domestic, international, and intercompany orders in a timely fashion.


Enter Sales orders as received from domestic, international and intercompany customers.

Coordinate request for quotations with Engineering and Manufacturing &

Maintain and update customer list, price list, etc

Coordinate order changes with customer and manufacturing.

Provide technical assistance whenever possible.

Expedite rush orders as required.

Work with supervisor to handle issues that require assistance in resolving.

Callout when scheduled..

Filing and other administrative duties as required.

Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Quality Procedure Manual, and Department Operating Procedures.

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraint of the job.




1-3 yrs knowledge and experience of Wellhead

Good writing and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge in computers.

General knowledge of products to be sold and purchased

Telephone etiquette.

Must have basic reading, writing and math skills

Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel

Self-starter and motivator.

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

Must reside within a 50miles radius of Odessa, TX


Valid Driver’s License

Excel knowledge
