JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Monitoring global performance and quality KPI’s to identify trends and concerns.
  • NPT
  • LQA and SQ`s
  • CPAR`s
  • AIS data quality
  • Full involvement on any related HSE/SQ investigation and improvement plans.
  • Participate in development / review of workflow processes and procedures
  • Identify and act on service delivery red flags for operations using service delivery data & develop/review service delivery action plans for underperforming locations.
  • Conduct Service Delivery reviews in addition to technical and well site audits.
  • Communicate service delivery message up and down the organization within the Region.
  • Supervises the execution of the Field Incident Management process with Reliability Engineering.
  • Provides training, tools and techniques to allow Operations to achieve the established quality goals and objectives.
  • Fulfills SME role for Reliability Engineering

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High Degree of Expertise and Operational experience with WFT Testing Services
  • Expected travel frequency  50%
  • Excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy to interface with various internal and external customers
