Under General Supervision, Operate traveling or stationary crane to lift, move and position loads. Assist in the Assembly, Installation and repair of Beam Pumping Units as assigned.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates crane as required
Under supervision, assists in the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of Beam Pumping Units as assigned
Learns to identify the components of Beam Pumping Units
Participates in JSA processes
Participates in safely executing relevant SOPs
Works towards achieving Level 1 competency
Must have previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
Able to demonstrate field/shop competency
Mechanical ability necessary to perform tasks
Must have a valid CDL license and in good standing with DOT regulations.
Good oral and written communication skills
Must be able to follow instructions
Able to work closely with fellow employees
Pumping Unit oilfield product knowledge and must be able to perform repairs, maintenance, and assembly on Pumping Units and related ALS products and Services.
Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities
Crane Operator’s License meeting regional requirement (NCCO)
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
1-3 years related field experience
Ability to lift approximately 25-50 lbs.
Must be able and willing to work in outdoor environment including various weather conditions
Must be willing and able to work a rotational and/or shift work in excess of 12 hours and 14 days
Must be able and willing to work in areas of height ranging from 4ft-30ft above ground in a bucket truck.
Must reside in or near the Denver City TX area.
Must be willing and able to perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor with the physical constraints of the job.
