Works with upper level Liner Hanger Specialist to:
Learn picking up, running and final installation of liner hanger systems according to Customer requirements in Customer well bore.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train to work unsupervised, and operate as a one-person crew
Promote good customer relation at the well site, and insure customer satisfaction
Train to run Weatherford equipment in remote locations with little or no support
Learn to troubleshoot liner applications
Good leadership skills
Learns to review the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose
Required to work on a 24/hr call basis
Trains to apply technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situation, and consults with Weatherford Operations base as needed
Interacts with third parties whose activities could impact the process of installing completion products to assure proper coordination
Learn to conduct and document all Weatherford HSE related activities at the well site.
Responsible for learning to complete assessment and risk analysis, onsite safety meetings, proper PPE use etc.
Completes all well site and post-job paperwork
Participates in post-job review with his/her supervisor
Perform all aspects of the job in compliance with Weatherford’s procedures and instructions
Understand that job tasks need to be performed correctly. There is an impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency profitability and operations
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
Good verbal communication skills
Must be able to follow instructions
Able to work closely with fellow employees and clients
Knowledge of equipment and services utilized by facility
Ability to read calipers/measuring devices
Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS office
Must possess a basic understanding of Rig Systems and Drilling Operations, Well Services Operations and/or Well Completions
Be familiar with product line equipment maintenance, assembly and testing
Possess potential supervisory skills, and excellent communication skills
The physical ability to respond to emergency situations
