Train to acquire the required proficiencies for Directional Drilling field services, the required tools and equipment, used in Directional Drilling.


Trains to operate and maintain motors and down hole tools at rig site.

Trains in the use of directional drilling computer software.

Train to generate daily and Final Well reports on services performed.

Trains to learn the operational specifications (limits) of the downhole tools.

Train to generate field reports using the field reporting software.

Trains to take and report directional surveys.

Train to understand basic rig operations / personal.

Train to understand basic rig operations / personal.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Experience and ability to solve problems and perform with minimal supervision.

2 year technical degree or 1+ years as a Tool Pusher

Excellent communication, organization, troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivation


Able to relate to rig-site personnel at all levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Earth Sciences or 2+ years as Driller / Tool Pusher.

2+ years as Lead(MWD III) or Senior (MWD IV) MWD Engineer

Thorough knowledge of Drilling Systems products and services
