JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Ensure Weatherford's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental fully implemented and sustained across all areas of responsibility
  • An average 160 timesheets has to be made per month (ongoing & completed jobs).
  • Each timesheet required the daily reading of the morning report as no engineer is available in the site.
  • After the job finished, Copy of timesheet need to be sent to rigs for approval.
  • JDE invoice need to be generated after submitting in Aramco Portal.
  • Manage our drivers’ daily trips to the rigs to get approval on invoices (JAR) from rigs. (Prepare the packages, informing rigs and notify the JM team).
  • Follow up with other JAR customers for POs and invoice them as well.
  • Weekly PO Status Report for Aramco.
  • Weekly Tracking Report for Aramco.
  • Weekly Revenue Report.
  • Monthly ENB & Revenue Report.
  • Enter JAR jobs in WPTS.
  • Upload invoiced timesheets on eCnet.
  • Whatever other related Jobs assigned by my supervisor to be completed.

Required Skills:

  • Need 2/3 years’ experience

Required Education:

  • Essential: Completed Senior High school Certificate
  • Computer skills essential
