Adhere to safety procedures and policies in accordance with safety management system, including:
Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
Actively promote positive safety culture.
Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with quality management system. Including:
Compliance to work and inspection instructions.
Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.
Ensure equipment are repaired and maintained according to Weatherford and/or manufacturers minimum standards.
Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with Weatherford and product line and QHSE policies, procedures, JSA, guidelines and instructions.
Manage all fixed asset and inventory records are maintained up-to-date.
Coordinate trouble shooting and problem job report follow-up and closure.
Coordinate project planning, including ordering and identification of required rental and service equipment.
Supervise equipment procurement and delivery processes.
Co-ordinate equipment movement within Geozone and transfer equipment from other Weatherford locations
Provide technical support as required.
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the hiring Manager.
Diploma – Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
Knowledge of oil field operations and equipment
