Disassemble or assemble miscellaneous items with assistance such as Cement Heads, Swivel Equalizers, surge master tool and dart catchers.  Clean, blast and paint as needed.  Assemble/Refurbish Roller Centralizer and Lo-Tad Components.  To cut locking lugs and snap rings, assemble plug sets and perform entry level stage tool and roller tool assembly to consist of preparing for assembly, pre-fitting of various stage tool components, paint and crate with supervision.


To do and/or learn the following:

Cut and grind lugs and snap rings.

Assemble plug sets.

Pre-fit and assemble basic stage tools and paint and crate equipment with supervision.

Assembly and disassemble as needed miscellaneous items with assistance such as Cement Heats, Swivel Equalizers, Surge Master Tools, Dart Catchers, and related items of same.

Assemble or refurbish Roller Centralizer and Lo-Tad items or related items with assistance.

Must be capable of or learning to trouble shoot and keep organized all related items from above.

Capable of or learning to drive a forklift.

Be capable of passing a pulmonary x-ray and a respirator fit test to be approved to paint.

Capable of pulling component parts for assemblies or place component parts in proper order on racks as inventory.

Inspect all parts visually and hand test for proper fit.

Maintain neat housekeeping.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.



Must be capable of or learn to use hand tools.

Must be capable of reading and writing.

Must be capable of or capable of learning to operate a crane and forklift.

Must possess and show proper work ethics.

Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Must maintain and have good working relations with all employees due to close working environment.

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.


Should be mechanically inclined and capable of moving to Mechanical Assembler II
